Made-to-Order Products: All of our products are custom-made to order, tailored specifically to your preferences. Because of the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Exceptions:

- We recommend reviewing your order details carefully, including size, color, and customization options, before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.
Order Changes or Cancellations: Once your order is placed, production begins immediately to ensure timely delivery. As a result, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the order once it has been confirmed.
